Billing, answered
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, for as long as you use it, for up to 10 people, with Connect and Courses. No card is asked for.
How does the trial work?
An organisation on Free can try Standard for 14 days without a card. If you do not buy a plan by the end of the trial, the organisation returns to Free and nothing is charged.
What is a seat?
A seat is one person who is an active member of your organisation. Someone who belongs to several of your accounts or teams still takes one seat. When someone leaves, their seat is free for the next person.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices shown in rupees exclude GST, which is added at 18% on your invoice: CGST and SGST if you are in our state, IGST otherwise. Organisations outside India are billed in US dollars as an export of services.
Can I add more people or products in the middle of a month?
Yes. Additions take effect at once and are charged only for the days left in your current period, less the unused part of what you already paid.
What happens if I remove people or move to a smaller plan?
Reductions take effect at your next renewal. You keep what you paid for until the end of the current period.
How do I pay?
By UPI, including UPI AutoPay for automatic renewals, or by debit or credit card or net banking. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice.
Can I cancel?
Any time. A cancelled paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the details.
