Refund and Cancellation
Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, plan changes and refunds work for subscriptions to Guzloo, provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

1. Free plan and trial
The Free plan costs nothing for up to 10 people and can be used for as long as you like. The 14-day trial of Standard needs no card; if no plan is bought by its end, the organisation returns to Free and nothing is charged.
2. Cancelling a paid plan
- The organisation's owner can cancel at any time from Billing, or by writing to us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (month or year). The organisation keeps everything it paid for until then, and then moves to the Free plan; nothing further is charged.
- A cancellation can be undone at any time before the period ends.
- Moving to Free requires the organisation to be within Free's limit of 10 people.
3. Changing a plan or the number of people
- Additions (more people, a higher plan, an extra product) take effect at once and are charged straight away for the days left in the current period, less the unused part of what was already paid.
- Reductions (fewer people, a lower plan, removing a product) take effect at the next renewal. The current period is not refunded.
- Switching from monthly to yearly starts a new yearly period at once, with the unused part of the month credited.
4. Refunds
- Subscription fees are paid in advance for a period and are not refunded for a part period, an unused period or unused seats, except as set out in this policy or where the law requires.
- Charged twice or in error: if you are charged twice for the same invoice, or charged after a cancellation took effect, we refund the extra amount in full.
- Service not delivered: if a payment succeeds but your plan is not activated and we cannot activate it within 2 working days, we refund the payment in full.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show it.
- GST on a refunded amount is adjusted through a credit note, as the GST law requires.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal cannot be collected, we retry over the following days and the organisation keeps full access for a grace period. After that it becomes read-only (everything can be read and exported, nothing new created) until the amount due is paid; it is never deleted for non-payment without notice.
6. How to ask
Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the organisation owner's account with the invoice number, or call [SUPPORT PHONE]. We reply within 2 working days.
Purchases that your organisation's own customers make from you through Guzloo (courses, store orders, payment links) follow your own refund policy, which you are responsible for publishing.
