Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

A Guzloo plan is access to software delivered over the internet. There are no physical goods, and no shipping or delivery charges.

2. When access is delivered

• Free plan and trial: available at once, as soon as the organisation is created.
• Paid plans and additions: activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. The owner sees the new plan and seats in Billing and receives the GST invoice.
• If a confirmed payment has not activated the plan within 2 working days, write to us and we will activate it or refund the payment in full, as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Where it is delivered

Guzloo is available to organisations in India and abroad, in a web browser on any device with an internet connection.

4. Goods sold by organisations on Guzloo

When an organisation sells physical goods to its own customers through Shopping and Seller, that organisation is the seller and is responsible for shipping and delivery under its own published policy.
