Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms govern your organisation's use of Guzloo. By creating an organisation or using the services, you agree to them.
Last updated 6 October 2026
1. Who we are
The Guzloo services are provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a company registered in India (CIN [CIN], GSTIN [GSTIN]) with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, PIN] ("Guzloo", "we", "us").
2. The services
Guzloo is software offered as a service over the internet: a suite of products (Connect, Courses, Assessment, Drive, Forms, Tasks, Calendar, Discourse, Helpdesk, People, Payments, Shopping and Seller) and the platform they share. What each plan includes is set out on our pricing page. We may improve, change or add features; we will not remove a core part of a plan you have paid for during the period you paid for.
3. Accounts
An organisation is created by its owner, who is responsible for it and for the people they admit. People sign in with their phone number and a one-time code or another method we offer. You must keep your phone and sign-in methods secure and tell us at once if you believe your account has been misused. You must be at least 18 years old to create an organisation; members under 18 may use Guzloo only with the consent of a parent or guardian and under the organisation's supervision.
4. Plans, payment and taxes
- The Free plan is free for up to 10 people. Paid plans are priced per person (seat) per month or per year, as published at the time you buy.
- A 14-day trial of the Standard plan is available once per organisation, without a card. At its end the organisation returns to Free unless a plan is bought.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until cancelled. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change before it applies to your renewal. Yearly plans cost 15% less than twelve months.
- Prices in India exclude Goods and Services Tax, which is added to every invoice at the applicable rate. Customers outside India are billed in US dollars.
- Payments are collected by our payment partners by UPI (including UPI AutoPay), cards and net banking. By setting up a mandate you authorise us to charge renewals and additions to it, after the notice the mandate requires.
- If a renewal cannot be collected, we retry over several days; the organisation keeps full access for a further grace period, after which it becomes read-only (everything can be read and exported, nothing new created) until the amount due is paid.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Your content
You and your organisation own everything you put into Guzloo. You give us the permission we need to host, process, transmit and display it only to provide the services to you. You can export your organisation's data at any time while your organisation is active, and for 30 days after it ends.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Guzloo to break the law; to infringe anyone's rights; to send spam; to upload malware; to try to reach data or systems you are not allowed to; to resell the services without our written consent; or to harass, defame or harm anyone. We may suspend content or accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
7. Payments and stores you run on Guzloo
When your organisation sells to others through Courses, Shopping, Seller or Payments, you are the seller to your customers and responsible for your own products, prices, taxes, refunds and compliance. Payment processing is provided by regulated payment partners under their own terms.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep Guzloo available at all times, but planned maintenance and events outside our control may interrupt it. Support is available by email during the hours published on our contact page; Plus includes priority support.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the services are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim in any twelve months is limited to the amount your organisation paid us in those twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or data that you could have avoided by exporting it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may end or suspend the services for a material breach of these terms that is not remedied within 15 days of notice, or at once where the law requires.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, notify the organisation's owner at least 30 days before they apply.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer protection law.
